Visit to Leeds Museums Discovery Centre

We’ll begin our visit with a talk given by Clare Brown, Curator of Natural Science, and Katherine Baxter, Archaeology Curator, with a specific focus on objects acquired by LPLS during the nineteenth century.

After the talk, refreshments will be served during a question-and-answer session with the curators. This will be followed by a behind-the-scenes guided tour, exploring the history of museum collections in Leeds and an introduction to the vast array of items stored on site.

Parking is available beside the Discovery Centre. The proceedings will start at 10:30.
