If you wish to attend the AGM only, please book here. There is no option to join the meeting by Zoom.
The evening will start at 18:00 with a free drinks reception for members who are attending the meeting and for any additional dinner guests.
The AGM will follow at 18:30.
Guests not involved in the meeting will be able to go to the bar/cafeteria area while the brief meeting is held.
You will soon be sent the Agenda for AGM 2025, the Minutes of AGM 2024 and the Annual Report & Accounts 2024-25. These will also be loaded onto the website.
The buffet supper will be served at 19:00. The price is £27.50 per person. This includes tea or coffee after the meal. Wine or other drinks from the bar will be extra.
